Products
We sell leather-craft tools. Product descriptions, dimensions and tip sizes are provided in good faith and are approximate — small variations are normal for hand tools. Product photos are styled presentations; the item you receive is the same tool, but the setting and arrangement shown are for presentation only. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown on each product page and may change over time. We may correct errors, cancel an order, or decline to sell where an item has been mispriced or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, euros, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars, depending on where you are or the currency you choose: the amount you pay is the one shown at checkout. No tax is added at checkout: the price shown is the price you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount at its own rate and charge its own fees.
Payment
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped through our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery: 7–15 days after your order is processed. This is an estimate, not a promise. Delays can happen. Delivery can also vary with destination, carrier and customs. See our Shipping Policy for details. To process and deliver your order we share your name, delivery address and phone number with our fulfilment partner and the carrier, as our Privacy Policy explains.

You agree not to use the website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe our or others' rights. The content on this site (text, images, layout) belongs to us or our partners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Our tools are hand tools with sharp parts and should be used with care and kept away from children. You are responsible for using them safely. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
