Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped through our fulfilment partner. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and another when your order ships. To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address and phone number with our fulfilment partner and the carrier. See our Privacy Policy.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery: 7–15 days after your order is processed. This is an estimate, not a promise. Delays can happen. Delivery can vary with the carrier, customs and busy periods.
Shipping cost
Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Customs duties and import taxes are included in our prices: there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
When your order ships
Once your order ships, we'll email you to let you know, with an estimated arrival window. If it hasn't arrived by the end of that window, reply to that email and we'll look into it.

The "Getting Started" ebook is sent by email after your order.
Wrong address or delivery issues
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. If your order seems lost or is taking unusually long to arrive, email [email protected] and we'll help.
